We are preferably seeking an experienced lash technician who is confident in providing quality lash extension services and creating a great client experience. Responsibilities Provide professional eyelash extension services Perform lash applications safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for clients Communicate professionally with clients Maintain proper sanitation and safety practices Take pride in the quality of your work and client satisfaction What We're Looking For Experienced lash technician preferred Must be reliable, professional, and motivated Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently Must maintain any required professional licensing/certifications Must follow all applicable sanitation and safety requirements Compensation Commission-based payTechnician is paid based on services performed and receives their commission from the client's service payment.
