Trustwell Living is seeking a licensed Hairdresser / Salon Stylist to provide services to residents through a chair lease/independent business arrangement at our assisted living community. This is not an employment position with Trustwell Living. The Hairdresser operates as an independent business owner/independent contractor and leases salon space (chair) within the community to provide services directly to residents. What You'll Do Provide professional hair services, including cuts, styling, shampooing, coloring, and other services within your state license and scope of practice. Build positive relationships with residents and provide a welcoming, personalized salon experience. Schedule and manage your own appointments and services. Maintain a clean, professional, and sanitary salon workspace. Conduct your business in accordance with applicable licensing, health, safety, and sanitation requirements. Work respectfully within the assisted living environment while protecting resident dignity, privacy, and preferences. What We're Looking For Current state cosmetology/hairstyling license in good standing. Previous salon or hairstyling experience. Friendly, patient, professional approach. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working with older adults. Ability to operate independently and manage your own clientele, appointments, and business responsibilities.
