CHILDREN and has just the right personality to join our team and add to an unforgettably-fun experience for clients. Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids, is more than a salon … it's a memory maker! It's taken us 16 years to develop the perfect environment for our kids our stylists. We'll readily admit, not ALL of the experience is the actual haircut you give them (although it plays a huge part!)—you see the station you'll work at comes equipped with a flat-screen TV and the ability for your kid-clients to play a video game or watch a cartoon. There are endless toys and funny-face mirrors on the walls. We call it our "pleasant distractions" so you can make the perfect cut. As a Shear Madness stylist, SMILES

Pay:

• $14/hour + tips (new or returning cosmetologists)
• $15•17/hour + tips (based on experience and advancement) With tips, hourly pay averages at $24•40+/ hour!

Schedule:

Scheduling is flexible as needed and can be consistent, so you don't have to work different hours every week.

• Tuesday-Friday: 10 AM
• 7PM•

Saturday:

8 AM

• 5 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM
• 4

PM Availability Needed:

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Responsibilities:

• Provide haircuts and basic styling services for children of all ages
• Communicate with both children and parents to achieve desired results
• Create a fun, patient, and positive experience for every client
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations
• Support team members and daily salon operations

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or barber license
• Comfortable and confident working with children
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
