Position Summary:

As a Barber Teacher, you will play a key role in educating the next generation of barbers. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality instruction in barbering skills and techniques, fostering a positive learning environment, and guiding students as they progress through their training.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover practical and theoretical aspects of barbering. Teach students various barbering techniques, including cutting, styling, and grooming. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Create a supportive and inspiring classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation. Requirements Qualifications:

An active Illinois State Barbering Educator License is required. Experience in the barbering industry with a strong portfolio of skills preferred. Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A passion for education and a dedication to student success.
