We're looking for someone who is confident in their craft, provides an elevated client experience, and wants to grow within a creative and collaborative salon environment. Responsibilities Provide professional hair services based on client needs and consultations Deliver consistent, high-quality results while maintaining excellent client care Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Follow salon sanitation, safety, and service standards Assist with maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the salon Support salon operations and complete reasonable side work as assigned by salon leadership Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and team members Represent La Julieta Salon professionally while on the salon floor

Qualifications:

Valid Illinois cosmetology license Professional experience providing salon hair services Strong consultation, communication, and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and client experience CompensationThis is a commission-based position.
