Job Description
Overview 2LT Barbershop is seeking an experienced Barber Manager/Barber/Stylist who wants to operate their own booth while helping maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming shop environment. The Barber Manager will remain an independent booth renter for barbering services. Any separate management responsibilities, compensation, authority, and expectations will be established in a written management agreement. Preferred candidates should have strong barbering experience, leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to help maintain professional shop standards.
