Patient and outgoing personality and Indiana licensing required. Potential for commission. Tips are paid out daily! Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, styling, and barbering. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques. Apply hair extensions as requested by clients, ensuring quality and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area and tools. Use salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Requirements Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work. Proficient in hair styling techniques, and barbering. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. Retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales tracking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. A passion for mentoring others and fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
