Duties Deliver engaging classroom instruction on barbering techniques, hair styling, hair coloring, and advanced aesthetic treatments such as facials and eyelash extensions Supervise student practice sessions to ensure safety, proper technique, and adherence to industry standards Develop comprehensive lesson plans that incorporate anatomy knowledge, skin care, massage therapy, trigger point therapy, and other cosmetology topics Mentor students on professional skills including makeup application, body waxing, hair extensions, nail care, and esthetic laser treatments Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their growth Maintain a safe learning environment by enforcing health regulations related to skincare procedures like dermabrasion and facial treatments Stay current with industry trends and update curriculum content accordingly to reflect the latest techniques in hair threading, deep tissue massage, and other aesthetic services Qualifications Valid license as a Barber Instructor with demonstrated expertise in barbering and cosmetology fields Extensive salon experience with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and grooming techniques Strong knowledge of anatomy related to skin care, massage therapy, trigger point therapy, and esthetic laser treatments Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on student supervision and adult education Skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, and student mentoring across diverse learning styles Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate students and foster a positive learning environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise transforms aspiring professionals into skilled artisans.
