Your Role & Impact As an Assistant Manager, you will bring your skills to the next level by: Leading and mentoring our talented team of stylists. Ensuring an outstanding customer experience and brand consistency. Helping foster a supportive, positive, and high-energy salon environment. Driving operational excellence and supporting the Salon Manager.

Qualifications Required:

Active Cosmetology and/or Barber License is non-negotiable. Demonstrated passion for building genuine connections with customers and providing GREAT haircuts. Desire to take on responsibility, lead a team, and achieve career growth goals (Manager, Trainer, etc.). Ability to work a flexible schedule that supports salon operations.
