Alter'd Culture Salon is growing, and we're looking for 1-2 experienced hairstylists who want more than simply a chair to work behind. We are looking for career-minded stylists with approximately 3+ years of industry experience who are confident in their technical foundation, passionate about delivering elevated services, and ready to continue growing their craft, clientele, income, and long-term career. Our salon has expanded, our guest base continues to grow, and we have systems in place to help our stylists build and maintain strong books. Our stylists have the opportunity to receive an average of 15 new-client opportunities per month. Bringing an existing clientele is an advantage, but it is not required. We are especially interested in experienced stylists who have the technical ability and professionalism to serve a high-end clientele but may be looking for a stronger environment to help them grow their book and earning potential.
