Responsibilities:

Provide high-end haircuts, color, and styling services tailored to each client's needs Deliver a consistently luxurious, white-glove client experience Maintain and grow an existing client base within our salon Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and premium product lines Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and salon etiquette Recommend retail and add-on services to enhance the client experience Collaborate with a team of top-tier stylists and support staff

Qualifications:

Valid cosmetology license in KY Established book of clients required 2+ years of professional styling experience Proven ability to build strong, lasting client relationships Advanced skills in color, cutting, and styling techniques Polished, professional presentation and communication skills Portfolio and/or social media presence showcasing your work Willingness to continue learning and growing as a professional and and team mate
