As a stylist, you'll work one-on-one with brides and their loved ones to help them find the dress. From listening to their vision to curating styles, adding accessories, and creating unforgettable "yes" moments, you'll be a key part of their wedding journey.

What You'll Do:

Welcome brides and their guests with warmth and excitement Listen and guide brides through their dress journey with patience and genuine care Recommend gowns and accessories that match their vision, venue, and vibe Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful showroom Communicate and follow up with brides to ensure a positive experience Celebrate each bride's yes moment in true Blush fashion!

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or professional experience preferred A strong sense of maturity, professionalism, and empathy when working with brides and their families Prior experience in retail, bridal, styling, or another people-focused role is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and connection Passion for helping others feel confident, celebrated, and beautiful Comfortable working Saturdays and in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment Able to lift up to 15 lbs, stand for extended periods, and assist with showroom upkeep Punctual, polished, and dependable with a team-first attitude At Blush, we're not just selling dresses—we're creating magical, emotional, and unforgettable experiences.
