BARBERS NEEDED!

We are an urban, upscale, and innovative barbershop located in the heart of Cambridge, MA. Our location thrives on diversity, character, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We are seeking professional, reliable, and success-driven barbers to join our team. Whether you have an established clientele or are eager to build one, we are excited to support your growth in this dynamic community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and straight razor shaves. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver excellent results. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all hygiene and sanitation regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest grooming trends and techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. Promote and recommend products and services offered at the barbershop.

Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of barbering experience is required.

License/Certification:

Valid Massachusetts barber certification.
