We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber or Hair Stylist to join our management team at Max & Mia Children's Salon. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years management experience with strong leadership skills, strong foundation in hair cutting skills, customer service, and salon operations. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional experiences for our little clients. As a manager you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Core Responsibilities Oversee day to day operations by organizing schedules, managing staff and handling ordering. Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Use salon software such as Mangomint for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Demonstrate leadership ability with recruiting, training, and foster a positive environment with the ability to problem solve any associate issues. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction, resolve complaints and ensure exceptional services Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience Requirements Valid MA cosmetology or barbering license is required. Proficiency in a variety of haircuts Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Experience with retail math to assist in managing product sales. Familiarity with salon management practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to work
