Perform specialized treatments like eyelash extensions, nail care, and straight razor shaves while maintaining high sanitation standards. Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, offering professional advice on hair care products, and upselling retail items to enhance their experience. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Mentor and train junior stylists and apprentices to develop their technical skills and customer communication abilities. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and salon protocols. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring (including color theory), hair care treatments, and hair extensions. Proficiency in salon software such as

for scheduling and retail management. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Knowledge of store management practices to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client experiences.
