We're seeking a driven, high-character candidate for an entry-level sales position that offers hands-on training, mentorship, and accelerated growth into an Account Manager role.

Requirements:

• Partner with experienced Account Managers to learn the business, build professional skills, and contribute to client success.
  
• Participate in a structured training and mentorship program designed to develop sales, relationship-building, and business development expertise.
  
• Demonstrate the drive and performance needed to advance into an Account Manager role and build your own portfolio of client relationships.

Compensation:

Salary:

$52,500 base salary + commission

• Additional compensation, upon promotion to

Account Manager:

$5,000 base salary increase
