Job Overview Crown Culture Braiding Lounge was built with one mission—to help talented braiders grow their clientele, maximize their income, and achieve financial stability. Located in a high-traffic area, we provide all equipment, professional supplies, and braiding hair, allowing you to focus on your craft. Our unique two-braider system means the 50% service split is shared only between the two braiders , with no salon commission , plus an affordable $50 station fee so you keep more of what you earn. Duties Perform various braiding styles, including box braids, cornrows, twists, knotless, feed-ins, boho styles, twists, locs, and protective styles and other intricate designs Professional attitude and reliability. Collaborate appropriately with other braiders, to limit clients time in the salon. Strong client care and time management Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all services provided Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and respecting it accordingly. Mentor junior staff or apprentices to develop their skills in hair styling and braiding techniques. Stay updated on current trends in hair threading. Ensure store management practices are followed for a smooth operational flow. Use inventory judiciously. Experience Proven experience in professional hair braiding and styling. Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration Knowledge of sanitation standards within beauty services is essential Prior experience in retail sales within a salon or beauty environment is advantageous Come join us build something beautiful.

$150.00 - $500.00 per day
