Duties Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction Utilize salon software systems for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable styles, treatments, and retail products that meet clients' needs Upsell retail products including hair care items, styling tools, and cosmetics to boost salon revenue Assist with front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and grooming techniques Proficiency in advanced skills including hair extensions, color theory, straight razor shaves, and hair threading Knowledge of salon management software for efficient scheduling and client records management Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired outcomes Demonstrated ability to perform makeup application and nail care services as needed Commitment to sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math calculations to maximize revenue opportunities Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment Join us where passion meets professionalism!
