- Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about beauty, art, and making clients feel confident
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and personable
- Process-oriented and able to follow established systems
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
- Understanding that a growing business requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to help build things
- Strong communication skills
- Marketing and digital/social media knowledge is a plus
