Responsibilities Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions to meet client needs and preferences Provide expert consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling options to ensure client satisfaction Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies Utilize salon software such as Fresha for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their salon experience Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, makeup application, nail care, and barbering skills Experience Proven cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of current hair trends and techniques Experience working with diverse hair types and textures, including expertise in hair extensions and eyelash extensions Familiarity with salon management software such as Fresha or similar platforms Strong understanding of sanitation practices and store management procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Prior experience in retail sales, upselling products, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities Ability to perform additional beauty services such as makeup application and nail care is a plus Join us to unleash your creativity in a lively environment where your skills make a real difference!
