We're adding 4,000 square feet to our campus and growing our team so we can serve and impact even more students throughout West Michigan. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Cosmetology Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will teach, mentor, motivate, and coach students in both the classroom and clinic floor while delivering our approved curriculum in a positive, professional learning environment. Responsibilities Teach and mentor cosmetology students in both classroom and clinic settings. Deliver engaging lessons using the school's approved curriculum. Coach students toward academic and practical success. Prepare students to successfully pass the Michigan State Board Examination. Maintain compliance with all State Board rules, school policies, and accreditation standards. Foster a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment. Collaborate with fellow instructors and administrative staff to support student success.
Qualifications Required:
