Job Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our full service salon team. In this dynamic role, you will provide high- quality hair, skin and nail services while delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring they leave feeling confident and radiant. Candidates should possess a current state license, strong technical skills and a passion for staying current with industry trends. Duties Perform a variety of hair, skin or nail services including cutting, styling, coloring, hair/nail/ eyelash extensions, manicure/ pedicure, waxing, facials and special treatments Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product selection, and maintenance tailored to each client's needs. Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly maintaining your station and sterilizing tools such as scissors, razors (including straight razors), and implements in accordance with health regulations. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, answering phones, and coordinating appointments seamlessly. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and coloring projects. Skilled in a wide range of services including haircuts for men and women, hair coloring techniques, hair extensions application, makeup application, nail care basics, and facial care Basics. Familiarity with sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Experience in retail sales strategies including upselling products and retail math calculations to meet sales goals. Certification in Cosmetology or Barbering is required; additional training in advanced techniques like eyelash extensions or store management is a plus. This position establishes a lease for a designated workspace within the salon. As an independent contractor, you retain full control over your scheduling, service pricing, and product inventory. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and professional licensing. In exchange for a fixed weekly or monthly rent, the salon provides access to the facility, utilities, and shared common areas. You must maintain your station in accordance with state board sanitation requirements and uphold the salon's professional standards. This arrangement grants you the autonomy to manage your business while operating within our established location.

$200.00 - $400.00 per day
