Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations. Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care, retail products, and additional services. Manage appointments efficiently using software to optimize scheduling and client flow. Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling products to enhance client satisfaction and store sales. Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong foundation in barbering techniques and cosmetology principles. Ability to learn the software system used for appointment booking and client management. Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills for client consultation, retail sales upselling, and team collaboration. Ability to perform specialized services such as the use of straight razors.
