As a chair rental salon, we provide stylists with the independence and flexibility to operate their business on their own terms. Each station is equipped with its own shampoo bowl, and stylists have the freedom to create their own schedules, set their own hours, and manage their clientele and services independently. Responsibilities Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and texturing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations Offer personalized consultations on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to enhance client satisfaction Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling client communication with professionalism and warmth Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state law; additional certifications in hair coloring, hair extensions, or makeup are a plus Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in hair styling, coloring theory, and customer service excellence Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and understanding their unique needs If you are an established stylist or looking to grow your clientele in a professional and welcoming salon environment, we invite you to contact Encore Salon for more information about available rental opportunities.
