Responsibilities Provide expert blowouts, hair styling, up-do's, treatments, luxury hair & scalp cleansing, and finishing touches that exceed client expectations. Assist clients with hair care advice, product recommendations, and retail sales and upselling to enhance their overall experience. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness according to industry regulations and salon policies. Engage in client consulting to understand their preferences and offer personalized styling solutions. Mentor new team members on elevated hair styling to foster team growth. Showoff your unique style and high-energy personality by creating an atmosphere of sophistication. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with experience working in the beauty industry - emphasis on hair styling and blowouts. Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration; ability to build lasting client retention. Experience with retail sales strategies to promote hair care products. Experience with Aveda a plus. Commitment to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff at all times. Ability to multitask while maintaining a lively and positive attitude.
