Job Description
Overview We are seeking an artistic and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in the beauty and wellness industry, providing exceptional services to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation. This role requires a strong background in various cosmetology techniques, as well as experience with social media to enhance our brand presence. Responsibilities Provide a variety of cosmetology services including hair styling, color, cutting, and more. Up-do's and cosmetic application a plus. Manicures and Pedicures a plus. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health regulations. Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive atmosphere for both clients and staff. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license in the state of Michigan. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work Saturdays from 8am-3pm plus other shifts during the week.
