As a Licensed Barber, you will bring your passion for grooming and style to help clients look and feel their best. Your expertise in barbering techniques, hair styling, and customer service will create a welcoming atmosphere where clients trust your skills and leave feeling confident. Hiring multiple locations Walled Lake, Bloomfield hills and Waterford. Duties Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, and hair styling tailored to each client's preferences. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations, including proper sterilization of tools and workstations. Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments efficiently. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in color theory, hair styling, beard cutting, straight razoring, fading and customer service excellence to foster a collaborative environment. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority. Proven experience in barbering with skills in haircuts, straight razor shaves, and grooming techniques. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon setting. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their styling needs. Make money from day one as each location has a steady stream of walk- ins.
