Compensation:
Competitive Earning Potential:
Hourly base wage during onboarding/guarantee period, transitioning to a performance-based tiered commission structure on services (earning potential grows as your clientele builds).
Retail Commission:
High-rate commissions and bonuses on Aveda retail product sales.
Gratuities:
100% of tips retained by the stylist.
