About the Hair Stylist & Nail Technician Role We're seeking a talented, service‑focused professional who is skilled in both hair services and natural nail care . This hybrid role is ideal for someone who loves variety, creativity, and building meaningful guest relationships. Experienced stylists (1-2 years behind the chair) preferred.

What You'll Do:

Hair Services Provide haircuts, blowouts, styling, color services, and treatments Deliver a guest experience that reflects Body & Sol's mission of care and connection Educate guests on hair health, home care routines, and recommended Aveda products Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming service environment Build a loyal guest base through exceptional service and communication Nail Services Perform natural nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail treatments Uphold sanitation standards and Minnesota Board of Cosmetology requirements Team & Culture Collaborate with a supportive, positive team Contribute to a professional, growth‑oriented environment Represent Body & Sol's values of respect, balance, and service Compensation You will earn the higher of: $13/hour , OR 40-50% commission on services , based on experience and tenure This structure ensures consistent, fair compensation as you build your clientele.
