Job Description
About us: Glamour Beauty started in 2017 by owner Katie Phelps. We started as an on location bridal hair and makeup. In 2021 Katie opened Glamour Beauty salon in downtown White Bear Lake, MN. After working for many different salons and freelancing, Katie realized her goal was to open a larger salon in a high traffic area, where like minded creatives could showcase their work and still make a liveable wage doing what they love! With her passion for all aspects of beauty industry Glamour Beauty is here to change the experience for both stylist and client! Glamour Beauty is opening in December 2023

Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, hair coloring, nail care, eyelash extensions, and hair threading.
- Perform consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations based on their preferences and hair type.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the cosmetology industry to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment regularly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Utilize retail math skills to recommend and sell professional hair care products to clients.
- Upsell additional services or treatments to enhance the client's experience and increase revenue.
