What You'll Do As a Barber/Hair Stylist at Iron Blade, you'll be on the floor delivering world-class grooming services and helping create a comfortable, elevated environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide a full range of barbering services: Precision haircuts (men's, boys, and select women's) Beard grooming, trimming, sculpting If you have a barbers license, traditional hot shaves, straight razor work Scalp/nape cleans, neck shaves, edge-ups, line-ups Consult with clients on desired styles, offering suggestions in line with their hair type, face shape, and lifestyle Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and shop presentation Upsell retail grooming products (e.g. pomades, beard oils) when appropriate Build rapport and cultivate repeat clientele through friendly, professional service Handle appointment bookings, keep accurate client records, manage rebooking Stay current on barbering trends, techniques, and tools Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive shop culture What We're Looking For Must-haves /

Requirements:

Valid cosmetology and/or barber license (in good standing in the state) Proven experience working in a barbershop or salon environment Proficiency in classic and modern barbering techniques (razor, clipper, scissor over comb, fades, tapers, etc.) Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Cleanliness and hygiene mindset; knowledge of proper sanitation practices Ability to work a flexible schedule — weekdays, some evenings, some Saturdays, we are closed on Sundays Passion for grooming, style, and helping clients look their best Nice to Have /

Preferred:

Experience with straight razors is a plus, hot towels, and luxury grooming services Social media presence / styling portfolio you can show Retail sales experience in the grooming / men's care space What We Offer Average weekly earnings based on commission + tips with an average of 30+ hours per week is between $1200-$2500.
