Duties Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles that meet client expectations. Perform hair coloring techniques utilizing color theory principles to achieve vibrant or subtle shades tailored to each client Utilize salon software such as SQUARE for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly in compliance with health regulations. Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities through upselling techniques. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries professionally. Mentor new team members and support store management in daily operations to ensure smooth salon functioning. Skills Extensive knowledge of hair styling techniques and current beauty trends. Proficiency in color theory for customized coloring solutions Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their needs. Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff. Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling and retail sales growth. Expertise in store management tasks including inventory control and customer service excellence. Capable of mentoring team members to foster skill development and a positive work atmosphere.
