Our small team has been working together for several years now, and we are searching for another amiable personality to join our team. Bash & Co. Salon is locally owned and located near the Biltmore Village, in a bright and updated space with ample parking. We use Aveda, Schwarzkopf, Keratin Complex, and Bumble & Bumble products. We offer flexible scheduling and tiered (beginning at 50%), commission-based pay on services and a 10% commission on retail. Our wonderful front desk staff arranges all the scheduling; therefore, we do not offer booth rental. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Valid North Carolina Cosmetology License
• A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred
• Skill at cut and color services
• Availability on evenings and weekends
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to efficiently sell products, upgrade services, and retain clientele
• A desire to continue learning and developing new and current skills
• A positive attitude and a friendly disposition
• Reliable transportation
• Experience/training with Aveda or Schwarzkopf (preferred but not required)
• Experience with keratin smoothing treatments (preferred but not required)
• Experience with updos/formal styling (preferred but not required)
