Lash Artist / Lash Technician — Training Available Lasheville & Co. | Asheville, NC Independent Contractor (1099) | Flexible Schedule Lasheville & Co. is growing, and we're looking for another Lash Artist to join our studio! We're open to both experienced lash artists AND newly licensed estheticians/cosmetologists who want to learn. If you have the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we're happy to train you. You do not need to come in with a full clientele. We'll actively help you build one. What We Provide We want our artists to be able to focus on their clients and their craft, so we provide everything you need to perform your services , including: Lash supplies and professional products Equipment and workspace Booking support/software Existing studio clientele and new client opportunities Social media promotion to introduce and market you New client leads Hands-on training and continued education Ongoing support as you grow your clientele And yes… occasionally we might even feed you. You are not expected to walk in with a full book of clients. We will actively promote you, introduce you to our existing audience, and help put new clients on your schedule. Compensation & Growth Compensation is commission-based with the opportunity to increase your percentage as you grow with us: First 30

Days:

40% commission Days 31-90: 45% commission After 90

Days:

Up to 50% commission Depending on services performed, booking volume, and experience, artists can earn approximately $20-$60+ per service hour. There is room to grow as your skills, speed, retention, and clientele develop. Flexible Schedule This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , so flexibility is important to us. Artists have the ability to create their own schedules, with availability of at least 3 days per week requested.
