This role is for individuals who value structure and team success over independent suite rentals. What You Will Do Complete a mandatory one week advanced cut training program focusing on our proprietary clipper over comb technique. Provide high quality haircuts and straight razor shaves in an upscale lounge environment. Follow specific brand standards and consultation processes for every client visit to ensure consistency. Participate in ongoing technical education via our training portal and hands on training. Maintain an exceptionally clean station and contribute to a professional team culture. Who You Are Active North Carolina Cosmetology or Barber License. You love men's grooming and are looking for a shop where you have future grow opportunities Minimum two year of experience in a professional shop environment. Available for full time hours including mandatory weekend shift. Coachable and willing to unlearn old habits to master a proven service system. Pay and Benefits Hourly plus Commission based pay structure after training. Medical insurance coverage for full time staff with 50 percent of the premium paid by the shop.
