Responsibilities Provide expert hair cutting, coloring /grey blending, beard trims, waxing and hair care treatments tailored to each client's needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations and store policies. Utilize barbershop software like square booking to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Offer personalized consultations to educate clients on hair care products, retail items, and upselling opportunities. Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth within the team. Manage front desk responsibilities including client communication, light cleaning and appointment booking. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Expertise in hair coloring, styling and advanced haircutting techniques including straight razor work. Knowledge of sanitation standards and store management practices to ensure a safe environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales, upselling products, and retail math calculations to meet sales goals.
