Perform a variety of hair extension services, including installation, maintenance, and removal, to meet client expectations. Collaborate with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and recommend suitable color and extension options. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in color and hair extension services. Provide mentorship and training to junior stylists on color techniques and hair extension applications. Assist in developing customized hair extension solutions for clients with specific needs. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring a positive salon experience.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon workspace. Attend regular training sessions to enhance your skills in both color and hair extension services. Contribute to the overall success of the salon by achieving individual and team service and retail targets.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Master Colorist with a strong portfolio showcasing your color expertise. Proven track record in providing various hair extension methods and techniques. Up-to-date knowledge of color trends, techniques, and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients.
