As a Hair Stylist, you will be required to have a book of business prior to hiring although, we are located between three golf course communities in the heart of Concord, NC. We are a family owned business looking for a stylist to join our team! This job is commission based meaning you will receive up to 50% commission of your service completion on top of tips. You will also receive 15% commission of product sales. Duties Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs. Maintain an organized and clean work station to ensure a professional environment. Use salon software, such as VAGARO, for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required. Book of business. Proven experience in hair styling, and related services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education in hair trends and techniques.
