Apply eyelash extensions and perform eyelash lifting treatments to enhance natural beauty. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment. Educate clients on product use, skincare routines, and retail options to promote ongoing beauty maintenance. Upsell retail products confidently by understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions to boost sales. Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for flawless hair coloring and highlighting techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in sanitation practices aligned with industry standards to ensure client safety. Skilled in cosmetology procedures including haircutting, styling, and chemical treatments. Experience with nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art application. Ability to perform advanced treatments like esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and body waxing effectively. Knowledge of hair extensions installation techniques and barbering skills for versatile styling options. Familiarity with retail math for accurate product sales calculations and upselling strategies.
