I'm the owner of The Lather Lounge, I'm expanding and building The Blonde Bar next to my shop, and I'm looking for motivated, excited stylists who want to make a name for themselves in Lincolnton. This isn't your typical salon setup. This is an opportunity to be part of something growing—where you can build your clientele, stand out, and create your own lane in a clean environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide quality hair services (cuts, color, styling, etc.) Build and grow your own clientele Deliver a professional, welcoming client experience Maintain a clean, organized station Operate independently while being part of a strong overall brand
COMPENSATION OPTIONS
Booth Rent Available (full-time or part-time) Commission option available for the right fit High earning potential based on your drive

REQUIREMENTS
Active NC Cosmetology License Experience preferred (clientele is a plus) Self-motivated and reliable Strong customer service and professionalism Passion for growing your career
