Responsibilities:
As a Stylist at Drybar, you are responsible for providing excellent client experiences, performing quality blowouts and following Stylist Non-Negotiables. We also expect our Stylists to contribute to the success of the team and the shop.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Perform client consultations Shampooing, blowdrying and styling a client's hair following Drybar's Non-Negotiables Client product education Recommend product, tools and memberships to clients Completing shop side work; including but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, inventory, dishes and re-stocking product shelves Meet scheduling requirements Consistent performance of responsibilities Attend any mandatory shop meetings

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are working
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Standing, walking and using hands, wrists and arms for up to 8 hours Lifting up to 15 pounds

Comfortable using hot tools and hair products Productive working in a fast paced, noisy environment Chemical exposure limited to Barbicide
