• Product Knowledge of retail products and promote the salon's offerings on social media.
• Manage a efficient operation and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing personalized recommendations for hair maintenance
• Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques, continuously updating skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage a salon environment and work well under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Experience with social media management, with a focus on promoting the salon's offerings.
• Familiarity with the Millennium generation and the beauty trends that come with it.
