Paul Mitchell The School Portsmouth is looking for an energetic, motivated, and team-oriented Cosmetology Instructor to join our education team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time employment, we'd love to meet professionals who are committed to student success and creating an engaging, supportive learning environment. What You'll Do Teach and mentor cosmetology students in both classroom and clinic settings. Demonstrate technical skills, professionalism, and industry best practices. Create an engaging, positive, and supportive learning environment. Monitor student progress while providing coaching and constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with school policies, state regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with leadership and fellow instructors to provide an exceptional educational experience. Participate in school events, admissions activities, continuing education, and other school-related events. Requirements Current New Hampshire Cosmetology Instructor License or a minimum of 4 years of salon experience with the willingness to obtain a New Hampshire Cosmetology Instructor License. Current New Hampshire Cosmetology License. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, including occasional school events. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Professional appearance and a positive attitude. We're Looking for
