What you'll do: Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation through checkout — every guest, every visit Perform cutting, coloring, and styling services to Oomph's quality standard Prebook guests before they leave and recommend home care that fits their hair (we coach you on both — and they're how you grow your income here) Know your numbers: track your prebooking rate and retail per client, and review them in regular one-on-ones with support to hit your goals Participate in ongoing in-salon education, including Davines color and product training Keep your station and shared spaces clean, stocked, and guest-ready Communicate professionally with guests and teammates — we hold everyone to the same standard, leadership included Maintain an active NH cosmetology license and complete required continuing education What you need: Active NH cosmetology license (or license pending — new grads welcome to apply) Solid foundation in cutting and color, or the coachability to build one fast Availability for a consistent weekly schedule we'll build together Comfort with technology — we run our booking, numbers, and communication digitally (Phorest experience a plus, not required) You'll thrive here if: You want to grow — your income, your skills, your clientele — and you're open to coaching to get there You don't need a full book to say yes: new stylists get priority on new client flow, so open availability is an asset here, not a liability You bring energy to a team instead of drama You take ownership of your craft and your numbers instead of waiting to be told You want education that actually happens, and you'll show up for it
