Role:

Allendale Hair Consultants LLC is looking for a talented and passionate Stylist to join our team in Allendale, NJ! Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments Perform chemical services such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive client experience

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License required Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or Cosmetologist preferred Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and chemical services Strong communication and client consultation skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing education Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
