We are looking for a stylist who is passionate about the beauty industry, takes pride in their work, and consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences. This position is for experienced professionals only . Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions) Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License (Required) Minimum of 5 years of recent experience behind the chair (Required) Must provide professional references Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual Must have excellent customer service and communication skills Must maintain a clean and professional workstation Must be authorized to work in the United States Hair Services Required Candidates must be proficient in performing: Women's haircuts Men's haircuts Children's haircuts Blowouts Shampoo and styling Root touch-ups Single-process color Double-process color Highlights Lowlights Full and partial foil services Balayage Ombre Color corrections Toners and gloss treatments Deep conditioning treatments Keratin treatments Hair styling for special occasions Bridal and formal styling Updos Hair extensions (preferred) Brazilian Blowout or similar smoothing treatments (preferred) Perm experience is a plus but is not required. Portfolio Requirement Applicants selected for a phone interview must provide a portfolio of their work.

Schedule & Availability This position requires excellent reliability and attendance . Weekend availability is mandatory. Applicants must be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as these are our busiest days. Applicants should also be available on call on Mondays , as business demands may require additional coverage. Candidates with limited weekend availability will not be considered.
