Job Summary As a Salon Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the salon's daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic salon environment. Duties Assist stylists with various tasks to ensure smooth salon operations Greet and attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner Perform shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon Support inventory management and retail sales Assist with client consultations and appointment scheduling Requirements Pursuing Cosmetology license Previous experience or interest in the beauty industry Knowledge of basic salon procedures and services Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new techniques and assist with various salon tasks
