What We're Looking For:

Hold and maintain a current Cosmetology and/or Barber license Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Enjoy working with children and families of all ages Demonstrate patience, positivity, and confidence when working with active young children Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service Passionate about delivering the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience Professional, dependable, and committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere What You'll Do Deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services tailored to children Create a fun, engaging, and stress-free experience for every guest Build strong relationships with families and encourage repeat visits Support your team members and contribute to a positive salon culture Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all stations and shared spaces
