The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, applying color services and any other various task that are needed by the stylist. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about the beauty industry and looking to enhance their skills in a supportive environment. Also, must be able to work a computer for you will be trained on how to make appointments and cash clients out. We use the Summit program so you will be trained by the owner to one day have your own chair with your own clientele.
YOU MUST HAVE A PERMIT OR COSMETOLOGY LICENSE TO APPLY
Duties Perform shampooing and conditioning treatments for clients, ensuring a relaxing experience. Assist stylists with salon services as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment to meet health standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit. Support retail sales by upselling products and services to enhance the overall client experience. Requirements A background in cosmetology or barbering is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the beauty industry.
