Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team, responsible for a variety of construction tasks that require precision and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and be proficient in various construction techniques. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residential and commercial properties, where you will apply your craftsmanship to build, repair, and restore structures. Duties Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Perform trim carpentry to enhance the aesthetic appeal of buildings. Execute siding installation to protect and beautify exterior surfaces. Engage in remodeling projects by altering existing structures to meet client specifications. Work with concrete forming for foundations and other structural components. Conduct construction painting to finish surfaces with quality workmanship. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion. Utilize masonry skills for brickwork or stone installations as needed. Handle heavy lifting and maneuver materials safely on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in carpentry or a related field is essential. Familiarity with siding installation, trim carpentry, concrete forming, masonry work, and general maintenance person tasks is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
